1. How much does it cost to rent the hall?

The price is listed below along with what is included for The Aspen Room. Dates are limited! We do not charge per person and all we do is rent the hall with chairs, tables, a bar, and Dj booth. You are free to bring in your own food, music, and drinks and have as many guests up to 200 people. If you have fewer guests, you will have additional space to use for a dance floor or lounge area.

The hall rental for rate for The Aspen Room:

  • Weekday Hours $80 per hour
    Monday – Thursday 8:00am-2:00am
  • Weekend Hours $100 per hour
    Friday- Sunday 8:00am -3:00am

Rental Fees 10 tables/100 chairs included in price!
Party Extras (pricing upon request): Food Catering, Free Standing Bar, Projector, Utensils, plates, napkins, Table Cloths, Chair Covers. Extra Tables or chairs.

*Each party must pay the 175.00 minimum deposit fee, $75 of the deposit is non-refundable  ($100 is refundable if no damages are incurred according to the contract).

2. What’s included with The Aspen Room rental?

The price listed below includes 2 bathrooms, chairs, tables, a bar, sound system, prep kitchen and coat/storage room. You are free to bring in your own food, music, drinks and have as many guests up to 200 people. If you have fewer guests, you will have additional space to use for a dance floor or lounge area

We do not provide the linen nor do we have utensils, dinnerware, glassware or toiletries.

3. When can I stop by to view the hall?

We require an appointment to view the hall.

4. What is the cancellation policy?

The customer will receive a full refund of deposit if an Aspen Room representative is notified in writing 30 calendar days before the date of party hall rental. (subject to accommodation and discretion of the hall).

The hall does not offer refund or rain check due to any circumstance if it’s a last minute cancellation.

5. How much deposit is required?

Our policy is first come first serve. We do not hold dates for anyone. A $175 minimum deposit is required to hold and confirm the date of your choice. $75 of the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due one week prior to your party. You are subject to cancellation if balance is not paid in full one week prior to the party unless you notify and are confirmed by an Aspen Room representative.

Holiday dates are subject to price change $25 per hour increase.
